THE GREAT RESIGNATION

More workers are choosing to leave their jobs now more than at any other time in history. According to TechRepublic.com, it is estimated that between 26 & 40 percent of people polled plan to leave their jobs in the next year. Healthcare and Tech companies are seeing the highest increase in resignations since last year. Across age groups 34% of millennials are expected to resign in the next 12 months.

So if you are a Tech company and a large percentage of your staff is made up of millennials, you had better be ready!
