I’ve built my career by pursuing work that interests me. What started as a passion for software development grew into a love of operations management, product development and now business coaching. I have worked in both product development and agency environments as an individual contributor, manager and executive. Along the way, I curated the knowledge, tools sets and skills to transition a ‘start-up’ into a thriving small business. My best days are when I am working with a client and I see the exact moment that a concept resonates with them. In those moments, I know... we just got better.
The concept of the Digital Custodian emerged as I assessed my career. Was there a common theme? Then it hit me: They all required me to clean up a mess when I walked in the door. Once the mess was cleared we could develop improvements. Following up with systems and proactive monitoring led to effective maintenance.
